The beginner's course takes students from absolute novices to match ready! This course is divided into three levels and each level is divided into separate unit. The curriculum uses proven methods used by the various development systems around the world. The program  is the only curriculum based training program in Laredo, TX.

Level 1: Fundamentals

The fundamentals course is as it sounds. We teach the fundamentals of professional wresting including rolls, bumps, lock-ups, and footwork.  This level is divided into three separate units:  Fundamentals, Holds A and Takedowns,  Holds B and Pins.

Level 2: Intermediate

The intermediate course will teach students how to put the fundamentals to good use by focusing on what they've learned and emphasizing intensity, timing, and crispness. This is also  where students will learn the advanced bumps, as well.

Level 3: Psychology and Matches

Finally, students will learn about the psychology of a professional wrestling match.  Here they will whet their teeth in preparation for their debut.  Students will also learn character development in and out of the ring, practice promo skills, marketing, and even lesson on social media and ring attire. Towards the end of this section, students will have debut matches in promotions like the Laredo Wrestling Alliance, Wrestling Revolution in McAllen, and Victory Pro Wrestling in Corpus Christi, Texas amongst others.
